Our Practice
Dr. Mediratta started her private practice back in 2010. Until the end of 2015, she had been practicing in a shared building with Dr. Shazia Nasir of South Lake Medical Center. In January 2016, Dr. Mediratta moved in her new location to continue to expand her practice.
The practice is dedicated to providing patients with high quality healthcare. The practice has taken many steps to continue to improve health outcomes while reducing healthcare expenditures. We have begun to accomplish this goal through efforts with Aledade and Primary Partners ACO.
